6:30am Some of our members are so keen they start arriving before 6:30am.

6:45am Open Networking – an opportunity to meet any visitors, and discuss business prospects with your BNI colleagues.

7:05am Breakfast – we collect our breakfast from the buffet service, there’s a choice of fruit, cereal or the healthy option – full

English!

7:15am Welcome Visitors and Members - The Chapter Director welcomes everyone and introduces the Leadership team,

7:30am Education Slot – The education coordinator or their appointed person for the meeting, gives a 5 min presentation on a topic

aimed at making us more successful at working the BNI formula

7:45am 60 Second Slots – Here each member informs everyone else about an aspect of their business. This empowers YOU with

the ability to focus on an area of YOUR business, with a view to finding referrals (business) for YOURSELF.

8:00am 10 Minute Slot - Each week one member has the opportunity to present their business to the rest of the membership for a

full 10 minutes. This is a FANTASTIC opportunity, as you can cover considerably more in this 10 minutes than you can in

your usual 60 seconds.

8:10am I Have Section – In this section members can do one of the following;

Pass referrals of potential business to a member
Provide a testimonial to a member for a piece of highly professional work that has been done for a member or a client
1-2-1 thank a member for their time during a 1-2-1 meeting held in the previous week

8:25am The Events Co-coordinator will discuss forthcoming training and social events.
Meeting Close – The Chapter Director will bring the meeting to a close, for visitors

8:30am But some of the members stay on for more open networking, 1-2-1’s in the hotel

meeting areas others are off straight back to work!!!
